Order Cancellation

• Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
• Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to shipping, handling, and restocking fees.

Returns & Eligibility

• Returns must be requested and processed within 30 days of delivery.
• All returns must be pre-approved and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging.
• Buyer assumes all risk of loss during return shipping.
• Seller reserves the right to deny refund if product:
• is not in original packaging
• is damaged upon return inspection
• shows signs of use
• is returned without an RMA authorization
• Refunds are issued within 5 business days after inspection and approval.

Return Costs

Buyer is responsible for:

• 20% restocking fee (when applicable)
• All shipping charges (to and from warehouse)
• Routing & storage fees if applicable
• Costs associated with returns made without RMA approval

Failure to follow return instructions may result in rejection of return and forfeiture of refund.

Refund Conditions

Refund will only be issued once:

1. Returned goods are received
2. Seller inspects the product
3. Product is confirmed undamaged and unused

If these conditions are not met, refund may be denied.

Shipping, Handling & Restocking

• All cancelled or returned orders are subject to:
• 20% restocking fee
• Shipping charges both directions
• Storage / routing fees when applicable
• RMA requirement (returns without RMA will be refused)
• Buyer must pay all fees upon demand from Seller.

• Golden Designs reserves the right to deny returns or refunds if policy conditions are not met.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping damage — consider insured shipping.

Golden Designs — Shipping Policy

• Processing Time:
  Saunas ship from the warehouse within 2 business days of order confirmation.
• Tracking Information:
  Tracking details are provided once the sauna leaves the warehouse.
• Delivery Carrier Contact:
  The freight carrier will call 24–48 hours before delivery to schedule a delivery day & time.
• Standard appointment window: 4 hours
• Delivery Method:
• Delivered via 53 ft. semi-truck
• Curbside / driveway delivery only
• Driver will unload the pallet (no inside delivery, setup, or placement)
• Packaging:
• 1 box for 1–2 person saunas
• Multiple boxes for larger models
• All boxes are strapped vertically to a pallet
• Access Requirements:
  Please notify us prior to shipping if any of the following apply:
• Remote area
• Long or narrow driveway
• Low-hanging trees
• Apartment / gated community / stairs
• Difficult access for a semi-truck
  Additional fees may apply.
• Inspection on Delivery:
  Upon delivery, buyer must:
• Inspect packaging immediately
• Note any scratches, dents, or scuffs on the delivery receipt
• Refuse delivery if there is a large hole or visible freight damage
• You do not need to open the boxes at delivery
• Restricted / Special Delivery Locations:
  Golden Designs reserves the right to cancel orders to islands, remote areas, or hard-to-reach delivery zones within the continental U.S.
