7. Product Use and Installation
   Products must be installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with manufacturer instructions and all applicable local codes. Fireside Comforts is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.
8. Shipping and Freight
   All shipping and delivery services are performed by third-party carriers. Fireside Comforts is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist customers in resolving claims when possible. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
9. Product Variations
   Due to the nature of materials such as wood, concrete, metal, and stone, variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
    All content on the Website is owned by Fireside Comforts or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.
