At Fireside Comforts, products ship directly from our manufacturer partners. Because of this, shipping methods, delivery timelines, and requirements may vary by product and brand.

General Shipping

Shipping area: We ship within the continental United States only.
Processing time: Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery time: Most in-stock items arrive within 5–14 business days after shipment.
Shipping method: Larger items such as fire pits, hot tubs, and outdoor saunas typically ship via freight carrier.
Tracking: Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.
Additional factors: Delivery timelines may vary based on inventory availability, production schedules, weather, or carrier delays.

Order Process

Order confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating your order has been received and is being processed.
Shipment updates: Tracking information is typically sent within 24 hours after your order ships. If you do not receive tracking within several business days, please contact us for assistance.

Large Item Delivery

Delivery type: Freight deliveries are typically curbside, meaning the item is delivered to the curb or end of your driveway.
Scheduling: The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Access requirements: Please ensure your delivery location can accommodate a large freight truck.
Setup and placement: Carriers do not bring items into your home or backyard, unpack products, or complete installation.
Customer responsibility: Depending on the product size, you may need assistance moving or positioning the item after delivery.

Delivery Options

Curbside delivery: Standard delivery for most large items.
Threshold delivery: May be available for select products and includes delivery to a covered area such as a garage or porch.
White glove delivery: May be available for select products and may include placement and minor setup. Assembly of certain items, such as saunas, may not be included. Please contact us prior to ordering for availability and details.

Delivery Inspection

Inspection required: Please inspect your order upon delivery before signing.
Minor damage: If packaging has minor damage, accept the delivery, note the damage on the delivery receipt, and take photos.
Severe damage: In some cases, deliveries may be refused if damage appears severe.
Brand-specific requirements: Some manufacturers require deliveries to be accepted even if damage is visible. In those cases, noting the damage and taking photos is essential.

BuenoSpa

Shipping and delivery:
Orders are processed based on product type. Supplies and in-stock items typically ship within up to 5 business days. Bueno Spa hot tubs are made to order and generally require 12–24 business days for production, followed by an additional 5–10 business days for delivery. Large items may ship separately from accessories and may arrive via different carriers, including freight, FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

Shipping costs:
Shipping is free on orders over $100 within the continental United States.

Delivery requirements:
Freight carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery window. An adult must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery. Please inspect your order for visible damage before signing, as accepting delivery without inspection may transfer responsibility to the customer.

Delivery limitations:
Freight deliveries are typically curbside. Shipping does not include inside placement, assembly, setup, or removal of packaging materials.

Shipping area:
Shipping is available within the continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, offshore territories, and international shipping are not available. Orders may be delivered to U.S. locations near the Canadian border upon request.

Risk of loss or damage:
For parcel shipments, responsibility may transfer to the customer once the order has been handed to the carrier. For freight shipments, responsibility may transfer once the shipment leaves the manufacturer’s possession, in accordance with manufacturer and carrier policies.

Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 2 business days for a full refund. After 2 business days, a 10% cancellation fee may apply. Orders canceled after shipment may be subject to return shipping charges and restocking fees.

Return window:
Returns must be requested and received within the allowable return period and require an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Restocking fee:
Returns or exchanges after shipment may incur a 10% restocking fee along with applicable return shipping costs, which may be significant for large items.

Condition requirements:
Items must be in original, salable condition, free from cosmetic or structural damage. Original packaging must be included.

Return process:
All returns require an approved RMA before being sent back. Customers are responsible for proper packaging, insurance, and coordinating return shipment. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

The freight carrier will contact you 24–48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a delivery appointment, typically within a 4-hour window. An adult must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.

Freight deliveries are curbside or driveway only. The driver will unload the pallet, but shipping does not include inside placement, assembly, setup, or removal of packaging materials.

Saunas are built to order, securely crated, and shipped via freight carrier to your delivery location. Delivery times may vary based on production schedules and shipping distance.

Shipping is free on orders over $100 within the continental United States.

Delivery requirements:
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are typically made using a large freight truck, so please ensure your delivery location can accommodate this type of vehicle. An adult must be present to receive the delivery.

Delivery limitations:
Freight deliveries are curbside or to the end of your driveway. The trucking company does not unload the sauna from the truck, bring it onto your property, or assist with placement or setup.

Customer responsibility:
The customer is responsible for arranging and completing unloading of the sauna crate. Crates can be large and heavy, typically ranging from approximately 6 to 14 feet in length and 800 to 1,600 pounds. Depending on the size, you may need equipment such as a forklift, tow truck, or other mechanical assistance. Lift gate service may be available for smaller crates but is not guaranteed, and larger crates will require a planned unloading method.
