Order Cancellations

 

  • Within 2 business days: Cancel free of charge by emailing us.
  • After 2 business days: A 5% cancellation fee applies to cover processing costs.
  • After shipping (up to 100 days): A $1,000 shipping fee plus 10% of the total invoice will be charged to cover costs.

 

Return Requirements

 

All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

To qualify:

 

  • Request an RMA and include it clearly on the package (returns without an RMA will not be accepted).
  • Return must be received within 60 days of purchase.
  • Item must be in original, salable condition without cosmetic or other damage.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping, insurance, and safe packaging.
  • The spa must be curbside and ready for pickup at the scheduled date/time.
  • Original shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

Provide the following:

 

  • Name and contact information
  • Order number & date of purchase
  • Product plate details (model, serial number, configuration ID)
  • Photos or media (if return reason is product damage)
