Order Cancellations
- Within 2 business days: Cancel free of charge by emailing us.
- After 2 business days: A 5% cancellation fee applies to cover processing costs.
- After shipping (up to 100 days): A $1,000 shipping fee plus 10% of the total invoice will be charged to cover costs.
Return Requirements
All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
To qualify:
- Request an RMA and include it clearly on the package (returns without an RMA will not be accepted).
- Return must be received within 60 days of purchase.
- Item must be in original, salable condition without cosmetic or other damage.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping, insurance, and safe packaging.
- The spa must be curbside and ready for pickup at the scheduled date/time.
- Original shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
How to Request an RMA
Provide the following:
- Name and contact information
- Order number & date of purchase
- Product plate details (model, serial number, configuration ID)
- Photos or media (if return reason is product damage)
