Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

The item must be unused, in brand-new condition, and in the original packaging.

You must request an RMA number before sending anything back. The RMA number must be written clearly on the box near the shipping label.

Your RMA is only valid for 15 days.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for sending the item back on time and paying for all return shipping costs. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 15 days.

A 15% restocking fee will be taken from your refund.

If any parts are missing, the cost of those parts will also be taken out of your refund.

Used items or items without all original packaging will not be accepted unless the item is defective or was damaged during shipping.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your item arrives damaged or is missing, you must report it within 7 days of delivery.

You must report the issue to both the manufacturer and the shipping carrier.

If you are given a claim number, please keep it for your records.

Keep all original packaging, as the shipping carrier may need to inspect it before picking it up.
