Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order for free within 14 days of placing it. After 14 days, there is a $65 cancellation fee. If your order is within 7 days of shipping, it cannot be canceled.

Order Changes
You can make changes to your order for free within 14 days. After 14 days, there is a $65 fee to make changes. This includes changes to products, options, or shipping details. If your order is within 7 days of shipping, it cannot be changed. If you change the delivery address after the order has shipped, there is a $250 fee.

Returns
LeisureCraft does not accept returns. This is because it is very expensive to ship products back.

If a Return Is Approved
In rare cases where a return is allowed, a 20% restocking fee will apply. You must pay all shipping costs to return the item. The item must be in its original packaging and in good condition. The company will inspect the item and decide if a refund is given and how much the refund will be.

Refused Delivery
If you refuse delivery and the product needs to be sent somewhere else, a 15% restocking fee will apply. You must also pay all shipping and rerouting costs.

Mistakes
If there is a mistake made by the company, these fees may not apply.

Manufacturer & Warranty Information
Dundalk LeisureCraft products come with a 5-year limited warranty. This warranty starts when you receive your product.

The warranty covers problems with materials or how the product was made, as long as it is used normally at home.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from weather, incorrect setup, or not following the care instructions.

If a warranty claim is approved, replacement parts will be sent at no cost. The warranty only covers parts and does not cover labor, service, or installation. The warranty does not start over when replacement parts are sent.

Shipping Area
We offer free shipping within the continental United States. Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may have extra shipping charges. If you are unsure about your location, please contact us before ordering.

Order Processing and Payment
Orders must be paid in full before they ship.

Delivery Scheduling
The delivery company will contact you to schedule your delivery. It is important to return their call quickly so your delivery is not delayed.

Delivery Method
Your sauna will be delivered on a large truck to the end of your driveway or curbside. The driver will not bring the sauna into your home or backyard. The driver will not help move or set up the sauna.

Unloading the Sauna
You are responsible for unloading the sauna from the truck. Crates are large and heavy, usually between 800 and 1600 pounds. If the crate is 92 inches or shorter, a liftgate may be used to lower it. If the crate is longer than 92 inches, a liftgate will not be available, and you must arrange your own way to unload it.

Delivery Access
You must make sure a large truck can safely reach your location and turn around. The trucking company may not drive into your driveway.

Residential Delivery Fees
Residential deliveries have a $320 delivery appointment fee.

Delays and Storage Fees
If you do not respond to the delivery company or are not ready to receive your order, storage fees may apply. These fees will be your responsibility.

Address Changes
If you change your delivery address before your order ships, there is no fee. If you change your address after the order has shipped, there is a $250 fee.

Damage or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, take pictures and write the damage on the delivery paperwork. Contact us right away. Any damage or missing item claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

• LeisureCraft will build, crate, and arrange freight shipping for your sauna.
• The trucking company will call to schedule delivery and will deliver the crate curbside (end of driveway), usually using a large 18-wheel truck, and they will not back into your driveway or unload the crate.  Crates under 92 inches: a lift gate may be available.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring access for the truck, coordinating the delivery appointment, and arranging equipment to unload the crate (forklift, lift assistance, etc.).
• If the crate arrives damaged, accept the delivery, take photos, note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL), and contact us immediately.

Proper maintenance is an essential part of sauna ownership. With simple, consistent care, you can preserve the longevity of your sauna while ensuring a clean, comfortable, and relaxing experience for years to come.

General Care Guidelines

• Protect the wood: Always place towels on the benches during use to absorb sweat and help protect the cedar.
• Natural wood movement: Depending on local humidity and weather conditions, cedar will naturally expand and contract as it absorbs or releases moisture. Over time, the wood should expand into the stainless-steel bands, tightening the sauna staves.
• Band tightening: It is recommended to tighten the stainless-steel bands within the first month after installation, then check them periodically to ensure they remain secure. Use a ¾” wrench and tighten as needed.
• Maintain airflow: Keep both the air inlet and outlet vents clear and unobstructed to ensure proper ventilation.
• Exterior protection: The exterior may be stained with any high-quality product recommended by your local retailer. Leisurecraft recommends Livos stain products for optimal results.
• Interior care: The interior is typically left unfinished. However, if you wish to enhance and protect the cedar, Meldos Sauna Oil by Livos may be applied to enrich the wood’s natural color and grain.

After Each Use

• Ventilate: Open the sauna door after each session to promote air circulation and reduce moisture buildup.
• Wipe down surfaces: Use a clean, dry towel to remove sweat and moisture from benches, backrests, and other wooden surfaces.
• Cold water rinse: Lightly rinsing surfaces with cold water helps close the wood’s pores and encourages faster drying.
