The Canadian Timber Collection Luna Sauna by Dundalk LeisureCraft is handcrafted from Eastern White Cedar, known for its lighter tone and naturally tight knots. Designed to comfortably seat 2–3 people, this ready-to-assemble sauna kit includes solid cedar floor joists, floor and wall panels, and white cedar bevel siding for the exterior sides. It arrives packaged as a convenient DIY assembly kit.

This policy outlines important information regarding shipping, delivery, unloading, warranty coverage, and returns for LeisureCraft products.

Dundalk LeisureCraft Shipping Overview

• Free shipping is available within the continental United States
• Accessories-only orders ship for a $55 flat-rate fee
• All customs and cross-border requirements are handled on your behalf

Residential Delivery Requirements

• Delivery is made curbside or to the end of the driveway
• Customers are responsible for confirming:
• That large freight trucks can access their road and safely turn around

Unloading Your Delivery

• Customers are responsible for unloading the crate from the delivery truck
• Crate sizes and unloading options:
• Crates 92” or shorter:
• A lift gate may be available to lower the crate with assistance from the driver
• Crates longer than 92”:
• A lift gate will not be available
• Customers must arrange one of the following:
• Mechanical equipment (such as a forklift)
• Pickup from the freight terminal using a trailer
• Rental of a tilt tow truck to transport the crate from the terminal
• If requested, Dundalk can arrange a tilt tow truck service for an additional $750 fee

Change of Delivery Address

• Address changes before the order leaves the factory are free of charge
• Address changes after the order has shipped will incur a $250 change fee

Storage Fees

• Once a shipment arrives at the local delivery terminal, customers must respond promptly to schedule delivery
• Delays caused by:
• Missed calls
• Uncertainty around unloading arrangements
• Missing or incorrect contact information
  may result in storage fees charged by the freight carrier
• Any storage fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Missing Items

• If your crate arrives damaged:
• You may accept the delivery
• Take clear photos of all visible damage
• Note the damage on the delivery paperwork before signing
• Claims for missing components or shipping damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery
• Replacement of parts is handled at the manufacturer’s discretion

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are not accepted
• All sales are considered final once shipped
• Replacement of components due to shipping damage or other circumstances is determined on a case-by-case basis
• Please review the product-specific limited warranty for additional coverage details

Manufacturer & Warranty Information

All products designed and manufactured by Dundalk LeisureCraft are covered by a limited five (5) year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. The warranty period begins on the date the product is received by the original end-user.

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper installation
• Insufficient or improper maintenance
• Damage caused by weather or environmental conditions
• Failure to follow manufacturer installation, use, or care instructions

If a valid warranty claim is approved, LeisureCraft will provide replacement parts at no charge. Replacement parts do not extend the original warranty period. This warranty is limited strictly to parts only and does not include labor, service, or installation costs.

Dundalk LeisureCraft Responsibilities

• Build and securely crate your sauna
• Arrange freight shipping to your delivery location

Freight / Trucking Company Responsibilities

• Contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
• Deliver the sauna curbside or to the end of your driveway
• Delivery is typically made using a large 18-wheel freight truck
• Please confirm that your road or neighborhood can accommodate a truck of this size

Important Delivery Notes

• The trucking company will NOT:
• Unload the sauna from the truck
• Drive the truck into your driveway
• Lift gate availability depends on crate size:
• Crates under 92 inches (7 feet):
• A lift gate may be available to help lower the crate
• Crates over 92 inches:
• No lift gate will be available
• You will need to plan your own unloading method

Customer Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to calls from the trucking company to schedule delivery
• Plan and arrange how the sauna will be unloaded from the truck

Crate Size & Weight

• Crate lengths range from 6 feet to 14 feet
• Crate weight ranges from 800–1,600 lbs, depending on sauna size

Unloading the Sauna

• The customer is fully responsible for unloading the sauna crate
• Recommended unloading options include:
• Forklift or mechanical equipment
• Crates must be lifted from the end
• Forklift extensions are required
• Tilt tow truck
• You may arrange pickup from the local freight terminal
• The tow truck can then deliver the crate to your home

If Your Crate Arrives Damaged

• You may accept delivery even if the crate appears damaged
• Before signing:
• Take clear photos of all visible damage
• Write the following note on the Bill of Lading (BOL):

“Crate arrived open/damaged – possible hidden damage”

• Immediately contact your dealer or Dundalk LeisureCraft so the freight carrier can be notified

• LeisureCraft will build, crate, and arrange freight shipping for your sauna.
• The trucking company will call to schedule delivery and will deliver the crate curbside (end of driveway), usually using a large 18-wheel truck, and they will not back into your driveway or unload the crate.  Crates under 92 inches: a lift gate may be available.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring access for the truck, coordinating the delivery appointment, and arranging equipment to unload the crate (forklift, lift assistance, etc.).
• If the crate arrives damaged, accept the delivery, take photos, note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL), and contact us immediately.
