Returns & Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of buying it. After that, it may not be canceled. You can return items within 30 days after delivery. You are responsible for all return costs, including shipping, handling, and fees. You also take the risk if the item is lost or damaged during the return.

Condition of Returns
Items must be in their original box and in good condition. The seller will check the item after it is returned. If the item is damaged or not in good condition, the seller may refuse the refund.

Refunds
Refunds are sent after the item is returned and checked. If approved, your refund will be sent within about 5 business days.

Fees and Costs
A 20% restocking fee applies to returned saunas. You must also pay for shipping to and from the seller. Additional fees like storage, redelivery, or address changes may apply.

Return Rules
If the item is new and unopened, it can be returned, but shipping costs will be charged. If the item is opened or put together but not used, it can still be returned, but you will pay shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. If the item has been used, it cannot be returned.

RMA Requirement
You must get an RMA number before returning anything. Items without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Extra Charges
There may be extra fees for changes or delivery issues. Changing your address may cost extra. If delivery has to be tried again, there will be a fee. If the item stays at the shipping terminal too long, daily storage fees may apply.

Order Processing
Your sauna will ship from the warehouse within about 2 business days. You will get tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Area
We only ship within the continental United States. Some locations may still be hard to reach, such as remote or difficult delivery areas. Orders to these areas may be canceled or may need extra shipping fees. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

Delivery Scheduling
The delivery company will call you 24 to 48 hours before delivery to set a day and time. Delivery is usually within a 4-hour window. If your location has anything that may make delivery difficult, like long driveways, low trees, stairs, or apartments, please let us know before your order ships.

Delivery Details
Your sauna may arrive in one box for smaller models or multiple boxes for larger models. The boxes will be strapped to a pallet and delivered on a large semi-truck. The driver will unload the pallet to the curb or end of your driveway only. The driver will not help carry the sauna, move it to a different location, or set it up.

Inspecting Your Delivery
After the driver unloads the pallet, check the boxes right away for any damage. If you see small marks or dents, write them on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to check inside. If you see major damage, like a large hole in the box, do not accept the delivery.

• The freight company will contact you 1–2 days prior to delivery to schedule an appointment. All freight deliveries are by appointment only and are typically made on weekdays.
• Delivery is completed by a large semi-truck (18-wheeler) and is curbside delivery only, meaning the shipment will be dropped off at the end of your driveway or curb.
• Your sauna will require installation by a licensed electrician, who will connect it to your electrical panel and ensure the proper breaker is in place.
• Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging carefully—note any minor damage on the delivery receipt, or refuse the shipment if there is significant damage.
