What people like
This accessory is highly regarded for its ability to effectively conceal propane tanks while serving as a stylish, functional addition to outdoor spaces. Users frequently appreciate its solid, durable construction made from glass-fiber reinforced concrete and its ability to double as a side table or plant stand. The minimalist design allows it to integrate seamlessly with various outdoor decor, particularly when paired with matching fire pits. While some users find the size smaller than expected, it is generally praised for its ease of use, as it requires no assembly and is simple to place over a standard tank.
Pros
- Stylish Concealment: Effectively hides unsightly propane tanks to create a clean and polished outdoor aesthetic.
- Durable Construction: Crafted from high-strength, heat- and frost-resistant glass fiber reinforced concrete for long-lasting use.
- Multipurpose Design: Can be repurposed as a convenient outdoor side table or plant holder when not being used to house a tank.
- No Assembly: Simple and ready-to-use right out of the box with no complex setup required.
- Integrated Handles: Features built-in handles that make moving the unit and accessing the tank for refills easy.
Cons
- Size Perception: Some users have noted that the dimensions feel smaller than they initially expected.
- Weight Concerns: While portable, the concrete material has significant weight, which some may find challenging to move frequently.
- Limited Availability: Often sold separately from fire pits, requiring a separate purchase to complete the set.
- Color Matching: While designed to coordinate, some users find it difficult to perfectly match the specific shade of gray to older fire pit models.
