Every seat and recliner in our hot tubs has been carefully designed through a long development process to achieve ergonomic perfection. Superfine Filter & Ozone Generator

The multi-stage filtration and conditioning system in BuenoSpa tubs is designed to keep your water exceptionally clean and crystal clear. An integrated ozone generator infuses the water with ozone, a powerful natural oxidant that helps eliminate bacteria, viruses, and algae.

Arctic MAX Insulation

Reinforced Molded ABS Floor Pan

The one-piece insulated floor pan provides a solid, reinforced foundation for every spa. Designed with extended sidewalls, it creates a moisture- and insect-proof barrier that protects the spa’s structure from the damaging effects of damp ground.

To maximize efficiency, our reflective insulation system is built into the floor pan, preventing valuable heat from escaping through the base and counteracting the “cold sink effect” caused by wet or cold surfaces. The result is a durable, energy-saving base that ensures long-term protection and performance.

Shipping Costs – U.S. (47 States)

• Orders $100–$1,999.99: Standard shipping included
• Orders $2,000 or more: Flat rate $300
• Orders under $100: Flat rate $24.95
• White Glove Delivery: Available in some areas, call for a quote
• Alaska & Hawaii: Not available at this time
• Canada: We cannot ship directly, but we can deliver to U.S. addresses near the Canadian border

We only ship within the continental U.S. (no offshore territories or international orders).

Order Processing Times

• Supplies & Stocked Items: Ship within 5 business days (orders placed by 9 PM ET / 6 PM PT)
• BuenoSpa Hot Tubs: Made to order based on production schedules. Please allow 12–24 business days for production, plus 5–10 business days for shipping

Spa Delivery

• The freight company will call ahead with an estimated delivery window
• Someone must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery
• Please check for visible damage before signing; if you allow delivery without inspection, you assume liability
• Large items and accessories may ship separately, sometimes by different carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, or freight)

Risk of Loss/Damage

• For parcel shipments (FedEx/UPS), responsibility transfers once the order is handed to the carrier
• For freight shipments (e.g., hot tubs), responsibility transfers once the freight leaves our possession

Taxes

• Sales tax is collected in states where required, based on delivery address
• Shipping & handling charges may also be taxable depending on state law

100-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 100-day return or exchange policy, with the following conditions:

Cancellations

• Within 2 Business Days: Cancel your order for free by emailing customerservice@buenospa.com.
• After 2 Business Days: A 10% fee of the purchase price will apply.
• After Shipment (within 100 days): Returns or exchanges require a $1,000 return shipping fee plus a 10% restocking fee.

Return Requirements

• All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Returns must be received within 60 calendar days of purchase.
• Items must be in original, salable condition, free of cosmetic or structural damage.
• Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
• Customer is responsible for safe packaging, insurance, and curbside pickup at the scheduled time.
• Returns without an RMA cannot be accepted.

How to Request an RMA

Provide the following details:

• Your name & contact information
• Order number & purchase date
• Product plate information (model name, serial number, configuration ID)
• Photos or media files if damage is the reason for return
