The Galley 5-Person Luxury Home Spa brings modern style, comfort, and powerful hydrotherapy to your backyard. With its sleek Cloud Gray interior and spacious layout, the Galley offers a relaxing place to unwind with family and friends.

With room for up to five adults, the Galley includes a full-body lounge seat and two built-in massage therapy chairs. The comfortable seating is designed to help you relax while providing targeted support for your neck, shoulders, and back.

The Galley features 69 massage jets for a relaxing, full-body experience. This includes 26 rotating jets, 20 gentle air bubble jets, and a center foot massager to help soothe tired muscles from head to toe.

A cascading waterfall adds a peaceful touch, while LED mood lighting and underwater lights create a warm and relaxing atmosphere at night. Curved neck pillows provide extra comfort so you can sit back and enjoy longer soaks.

A premium Bluetooth sound system lets you connect your mobile device and enjoy your favorite music, podcasts, or playlists while you relax.

The 5.5 kW Balboa heater quickly brings the water to your preferred temperature. Full-foam insulation helps hold in heat, improve energy efficiency, and lower operating costs, making the Galley a great choice for year-round use.

The durable polystyrene cabinet is UV- and fade-resistant to help maintain its modern appearance with little upkeep. A UV-rated insulated spa cover and matching steps are also included for added convenience and value.

Shipping Area
We offer free shipping within the continental United States.

Processing & Shipping
In-stock products generally ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location, freight carrier scheduling, weather, and other factors outside of our control.

Freight Delivery
Your spa will ship by freight carrier secured to a wooden pallet. Residential deliveries include liftgate service and are delivered curbside.

Returns
Returns may be requested within 20 days of the shipping date. Products must be new, in resalable condition, and returned with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, crate, and other included materials.

Return Shipping
Fireside Comforts provides free shipping when you purchase your spa. If you return your order for reasons not related to a product defect, you are responsible for the actual original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee
Products that are not properly packaged and are damaged during return shipping may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Before Returning Your Spa
Please contact us before sending your spa back. We will provide return instructions and help coordinate the return process.

Order Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. In-stock products may ship within 1–2 business days. Once an order has shipped, shipping and return-related charges may apply.

Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.

For returns that are not related to a product defect, the actual original shipping cost and return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Any other applicable return-related fees may also be deducted.

Defective or Damaged Products
Please open and inspect your spa as soon as possible after delivery. If you discover a defect or concealed damage, take clear photos and contact us right away.

Eligible defective or broken products may be repaired or replaced at no charge. After 30 days, defects are handled under the manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty
Luxury Spas USA hot tubs include manufacturer warranty coverage. Warranty claims are handled through Luxury Spas USA and may be resolved through repair or replacement according to the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Important
Please keep all original packaging, the crate, manuals, accessories, and other materials until you have inspected your spa and confirmed that it is in good condition.

Before Delivery
Once your spa leaves the warehouse, tracking information will be provided. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.

An adult must be present to inspect and accept the shipment.

Curbside Delivery
Your spa will arrive on a large freight truck secured to a wooden pallet. Residential delivery includes liftgate service.

Delivery is curbside. The driver will not move the spa to your backyard, patio, deck, inside your home, or to its final installation location.

Plan Ahead
Hot tubs are large and heavy. Please arrange for a professional spa moving company or enough appropriate help and equipment to safely move your spa from the curbside delivery location to its final location.

Truck Access
Large freight trucks need safe access to the delivery location. If the carrier cannot safely access your property, another delivery method may be needed and additional charges may apply. You will be notified of any additional charges before alternate delivery is arranged.

Inspect Before Signing
Carefully inspect the shipment before signing the delivery paperwork.

If the spa is heavily damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If you notice minor damage, document it with clear photos and contact us while the driver is still present so we can help with the next steps.

After Delivery
Open and inspect your spa as soon as possible. If you discover concealed damage or a defect, take clear photos and contact us right away.

Keep the Packaging
Do not throw away the pallet, crate, packaging, manuals, or other included materials until you have fully inspected your spa and confirmed that it is in good condition.
