Color Your Mood (LED Lights)

Colors don’t just create atmosphere—they influence emotion, relaxation, and even the body’s natural balance. Color therapy has long been recognized for its positive impact on mental and physical well-being. As far back as ancient Egypt, the healing effects of light and color were used to restore harmony, and modern medical science continues to validate these benefits through light and color therapy.

With the exclusive color therapy system in our hot tubs, you can let the control unit slowly cycle through a calming spectrum of colors, or simply select the hue that best matches your mood. Built directly into the sidewalls beneath the waterline, the system features 11–18 integrated LEDs (depending on the model), creating a radiant, immersive glow that enhances every soak.

Control Panel

The intuitive control panel puts every hot tub function at your fingertips in one easy-to-use interface. Featuring a compact, illuminated LCD display, it’s bright enough for daytime use yet clear and simple to operate even at night.

  • Multi-function menu – Quickly access all settings and features in just a few taps.
  • Lighted LCD display – Easily adjust temperature, winter mode, and more with a screen designed for visibility at any time of day.

Superfine Filter & Ozone Generator

The multi-stage filtration and conditioning system in BuenoSpa tubs is designed to keep your water exceptionally clean and crystal clear. An integrated ozone generator infuses the water with ozone, a powerful natural oxidant that helps eliminate bacteria, viruses, and algae.

Our superfine filter works continuously to inhibit bacterial growth and neutralize harmful microbes, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment. This advanced system not only extends the lifespan of your hot tub but also provides fresh, clear water in an efficient and eco-friendly way.

Arctic MAX Insulation

Arctic MAX Insulation keeps your spa warmer for longer while saving energy and reducing noise. Multiple layers of high-quality polyurethane foam line the inside of the cabinet, trapping heat from the pumps and heaters to naturally warm both the cabinet and the water. This advanced insulation means you can enjoy longer, more comfortable sessions without constant water refills — all while lowering operating costs.

In addition to superior thermal performance, Arctic MAX also offers excellent sound insulation, minimizing noise so you can enjoy a midnight massage without disturbing the neighbors.

Environmentally friendly by design, polyurethane processing avoids the harmful gases associated with fiberglass insulation. The result: a hot tub that’s energy-efficient, cost-saving, and eco-conscious — delivering comfort you can feel good about.

Thermal Covers

Our thermal covers are crafted in-house to guarantee consistent quality and maximum insulation performance, helping you minimize energy costs. Each cover is designed with premium features, including a full-length hinge buffer seal, an internal vapor barrier, and a marine-grade, UV-resistant outer layer for long-lasting durability.

The top surface is angled like a roof, allowing rainwater to run off easily, and every cover is available in a sleek grey finish to complement any spa design.

Poli-max Hot Tub Shell Reinforcement

  • Superior heat retention – Extends your soaking time without frequent refills while conserving energy.
  • Excellent sound insulation – Minimizes noise through the tub walls so you can enjoy a late-night massage without disturbing the neighbors.
  • Eco-friendly technology – Produced with polyurethane (PU) processing, which avoids the harmful gases associated with fiberglass manufacturing.

HorizontSide Cabinet

The HorizontSide cabinet combines modern design with zero-maintenance convenience. Featuring horizontally laid, wood-effect panels on the sides and slim vertical panels on the corners, it offers the warm look of real timber without the hassle.

Forget sanding, oiling, or messy upkeep — our cabinets are crafted from UV-resistant polymer, ensuring long-lasting durability and beauty. The contemporary finish complements both indoor spaces and outdoor gardens perfectly.

WPS Cabinet Frame

Built to last, the WPS Cabinet Frame uses a special polymer construction that provides exceptional strength and stability. This durable material protects the spa’s structural frame from wear and damage, significantly extending the lifespan of your hot tub — ensuring your investment stands the test of time.

Reinforced Molded ABS Floor Pan

The one-piece insulated floor pan provides a solid, reinforced foundation for every spa. Designed with extended sidewalls, it creates a moisture- and insect-proof barrier that protects the spa’s structure from the damaging effects of damp ground.

To maximize efficiency, our reflective insulation system is built into the floor pan, preventing valuable heat from escaping through the base and counteracting the “cold sink effect” caused by wet or cold surfaces. The result is a durable, energy-saving base that ensures long-term protection and performance.

Delivery Guide

Important Delivery Information
Before placing your order, please review the following delivery information carefully. By placing an order online or over the phone, you agree to our Shipping & Return policies.

Hot tubs are delivered using curbside freight delivery only. This means the freight carrier will deliver the hot tub to your driveway or curbside area but will not move it into your backyard, garage, or final location.

Please make sure your delivery address is accessible for a large tractor-trailer truck.

Because hot tubs are very large and heavy, most deliveries require 2–6 adults to help unload and move the hot tub safely at the time of delivery, even if lift gate service is included.

Delivery Scheduling
The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone must be available during the scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect the shipment.

Inspecting Your Delivery
When your hot tub arrives, inspect the shipment immediately while the freight driver is still there.

Carefully remove the packaging and inspect the hot tub for visible damage or missing items before signing the delivery paperwork. Avoid using sharp blades or knives when removing packaging materials.

Please:
• Check the hot tub carefully for damage
• Compare the number of items received to the delivery paperwork
• Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt before signing

Once the delivery receipt is signed without damage noted, the shipment is considered a “clean delivery,” meaning the shipment was accepted without visible damage or missing items.

If Damage Is Found
If your hot tub arrives damaged or missing items:
• Note the damage or missing items clearly on the delivery receipt
• Take photos if possible
• Contact customer support promptly

For hot tub deliveries, the shipment should only be refused if the acrylic shell is damaged or if the hot tub has major structural damage.

Minor damage to cabinet panels or the cover is generally considered cosmetic and should be noted on the delivery receipt, but the delivery should not usually be refused for minor cosmetic damage alone.

If accessories or covers are missing at delivery, note the missing items on the delivery receipt and contact customer support.

Important Return Information
Replacement parts for damage properly noted on the delivery receipt may be provided at no additional charge.

If damage is not noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery, replacement parts and shipping costs may become the customer’s responsibility.

Because these products are sold as new products, returns or refunds may not be available after delivery has been accepted.

Hot Tub Maintenance

Hot Tub Maintenance: A Complete Guide to Keeping Your Spa Clean and Running Smoothly

Proper hot tub maintenance plays a crucial role in extending the life of your spa. The more consistently you care for and clean your hot tub, the more you’ll be able to enjoy it without unnecessary repairs or expensive problems. Regular upkeep also ensures the water remains safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone who uses it, while protecting what is often a significant investment.

This guide outlines simple hot tub maintenance tips, an easy schedule to follow, and best practices to help keep your spa in excellent condition.

Daily Hot Tub Maintenance Tips

Maintaining a hot tub is an ongoing process rather than something that should only be done occasionally. Performing a few small tasks each day—especially during periods when the tub is used regularly—can make a big difference. These simple habits help keep the water clean, the system running properly, and the overall spa experience more enjoyable.

Check the water level
If the water level becomes too high, the tub may overflow. If it drops too low, it can lead to problems such as heater damage, clogged jets, or pump issues.

Inspect the water and spa condition
Make it a habit to look over your hot tub before and after use. Many common issues have visible warning signs, such as cloudy water, debris, or unusual odors.

Run the jets regularly
Jets aren’t only for relaxation—they help circulate the water throughout the system. Moving water discourages the growth of bacteria and helps maintain balanced water conditions.

Keep the cover on when the tub is not in use
A properly fitted hot tub cover protects the water from dirt, debris, insects, leaves, and other contaminants while helping retain heat and maintain cleanliness.

Weekly Hot Tub Maintenance Routine

Some maintenance tasks do not need to be done every day but should still be completed regularly—typically once per week.

Clean the filters
Filters play a major role in keeping your spa water clear and healthy. They trap dirt, debris, and contaminants while the water circulates through the system.

Test the water chemistry
Use a hot tub testing kit to check levels such as pH, alkalinity, sanitizer levels, and mineral balance. If any measurements fall outside the recommended range, add the appropriate treatment products to restore proper balance.

Rinse and clean the spa shell
Wipe down the interior shell of the tub using spa-safe cleaning products and soft cleaning tools to avoid scratching or damaging the surface.

Monthly Hot Tub Maintenance Tasks

In addition to daily and weekly upkeep, certain maintenance tasks should be performed monthly to ensure the system continues to function properly.

Deep clean the filters
Remove the filters from the spa and soak them in a specialized filter cleaning solution to remove buildup that rinsing alone cannot eliminate.

Inspect jets and pumps
Look for blockages, debris, or signs of damage in the jets and pump system.

Clean the spa cover and accessories
Hot tub covers and accessories can accumulate mold, dirt, and grime over time. Cleaning them regularly helps maintain both appearance and hygiene.

Quarterly Hot Tub Maintenance Checklist

Every three to four months, a more thorough cleaning should be performed to refresh the system.

Drain the existing water
Use a hose or pump to remove the old water completely.

Clean the spa shell
Use hot tub–approved cleaning products to scrub and sanitize the interior surfaces.

Refill with fresh water
Once the tub is clean, refill it using a garden hose.

Inspect electrical components and plumbing
Check electrical connections, pumps, and plumbing lines for signs of wear or damage. If necessary, consider hiring a qualified professional to perform a more detailed inspection.

Common Hot Tub Maintenance Mistakes to Avoid

Hot tubs contain several mechanical and chemical systems, so it’s easy for owners to make mistakes when maintaining them. Fortunately, most problems can be avoided with proper knowledge and routine care.

Using Household Cleaners Instead of Spa-Specific Products
While household cleaners may work well on kitchen surfaces or bathroom floors, they are not designed for hot tubs. Even common “home remedies” such as vinegar or baking soda can damage spa materials or disrupt water chemistry.

Always use cleaning products specifically designed for hot tubs.

Neglecting Filter Maintenance
If you asked a spa technician for the most important maintenance tip, they would likely emphasize filter care. Filters keep the water clean by trapping debris and contaminants.

When filters become clogged, water quality declines and the spa system must work harder.

To prevent this:

  • Rinse filters weekly during periods of regular use
  • Perform a deep cleaning each month
  • Replace filters according to manufacturer recommendations (typically every 12–18 months)

Ignoring Water Chemistry
Balanced water chemistry is essential for both safety and equipment longevity. Water that is too acidic, too alkaline, or improperly sanitized can cause irritation, health risks, and damage to the spa’s internal components.

Test the water frequently and add the necessary treatments to maintain proper balance.

Leaving the Hot Tub Uncovered
This issue often occurs during warmer months when the spa is used frequently. Some owners leave the cover off to avoid repeatedly removing and replacing it.

However, leaving the tub uncovered exposes the water to debris, contaminants, and weather conditions that can affect water quality and system performance.

Always cover the hot tub when it is not being used and clean the cover periodically.

Overusing or Misusing Chemicals
Many hot tub owners struggle with chemical treatments. Adding too much, too little, or using the wrong type of chemicals can disrupt water balance.

Learning how water circulation works and understanding the recommended pH and sanitizer levels will help prevent these issues.

Testing your water regularly and following a consistent treatment schedule will keep the water clean while helping reduce long-term maintenance costs.

Troubleshooting Common Hot Tub Maintenance Problems

Even with good maintenance practices, occasional issues may arise. Below are some of the most common problems and how to address them.

Cloudy Water
Cloudy water often indicates an imbalance in water chemistry, clogged filters, or insufficient sanitizer levels.

Possible solutions include:

  • Test the water and adjust chemical levels as needed
  • Rinse or deep-clean the filters
  • Use a shock treatment to restore clarity

Foamy Water
Foamy or bubbly water often occurs when soap residue from swimsuits or body oils accumulates in the water. It can also result from improper chemical balance.

To correct this issue:

  • Add a hot tub defoaming product
  • Rinse swimsuits before entering the spa
  • Drain and refill the tub if the problem persists

Strong Chemical Odor
A strong chlorine smell, similar to that of a public swimming pool, usually indicates excessive sanitizer or poor water circulation.

Possible solutions include:

  • Run the jets to improve water circulation
  • Perform a shock treatment to remove chloramines
  • Test the water and adjust sanitizer levels to the recommended range

Jets Not Working Properly
Blocked or malfunctioning jets prevent proper water circulation. Without adequate circulation, water can become stagnant, dirty, and potentially unsafe.

To fix this problem:

  • Inspect the jets and clean them with a soft brush
  • Check the pump for mechanical issues
  • Release any airlocks in the system

If the pump appears damaged, professional repair may be required.

Water Not Heating
If your hot tub water is not heating properly, the issue may be related to the heater, water level, or electrical components.

Possible solutions include:

  • Add water if the level is too low
  • Check the control panel for error codes
  • Contact a qualified technician for inspection or repair
