Delivery
ChillTherapy cold plunge tubs are delivered by freight with curbside delivery. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Please plan ahead for moving your tub from the curbside delivery location to its final location. Shipping does not include inside placement, setup, or installation.

Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your cold plunge tub when it arrives. If you notice any shipping damage, take clear photos and contact us right away. Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns
ChillTherapy cold plunge tubs are not eligible for return. All sales are final.

Cancellations
Orders canceled 60 days or more after payment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the total order amount.

Damaged Orders
Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please take clear photos and contact us right away so we can help with the claim.
