Its innovative MySeat™ design eliminates discomfort caused by height differences, ensuring both users enjoy equal comfort. At just 29.5" tall, it’s also compact enough to fit through a standard doorway for easy installation.

Every detail of the Atlanta has been thoughtfully designed with user well-being in mind. The individually adjustable neck massage jets target not only the shoulders and neck but also the sternomastoid and trapezius muscles, melting away the stress of a long day.

Equipped with 37 hydrotherapy jets, including specialized leg massagers, this model delivers a complete full-body relaxation experience. All you need to do is step in, unwind, and let the Atlanta restore your body and mind.

Every seat and recliner in our hot tubs has been carefully designed through a long development process to achieve ergonomic perfection. Each contour follows the natural shape of the body, allowing you to relax comfortably for hours. With varied jet configurations tailored to different needs, there’s a perfect seat for everyone.

• RELAX Seat – Targets the shoulder girdle, spine, hip flexors, and knee extensors—muscle groups most affected by daily stress—for deep regeneration.
• EXPERT Seat – Adjustable nozzles let you fine-tune both direction and intensity for a personalized massage experience.
• COOL DOWN Seat – Ideal after a full massage or water exercise, this elevated seat provides gentle back massage and is a great option for children.
• FOCUS Seat – Similar to the Expert seat, it soothes spinal muscles while passively exercising hip and thigh flexors and extensors.
• BODY FLOW Seat – Delivers the most intensive therapeutic effect, stimulating trunk muscles as well as venous and lymphatic circulation in the lower limbs to relieve pressure on vein valves.

Built directly into the sidewalls beneath the waterline, the system features 11–18 integrated LEDs (depending on the model), creating a radiant, immersive glow that enhances every soak.

Superfine Filter & Ozone Generator

The multi-stage filtration and conditioning system in BuenoSpa tubs is designed to keep your water exceptionally clean and crystal clear. An integrated ozone generator infuses the water with ozone, a powerful natural oxidant that helps eliminate bacteria, viruses, and algae.

Our superfine filter works continuously to inhibit bacterial growth and neutralize harmful microbes, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment. This advanced system not only extends the lifespan of your hot tub but also provides fresh, clear water in an efficient and eco-friendly way.

Arctic MAX Insulation

Arctic MAX Insulation keeps your spa warmer for longer while saving energy and reducing noise. Multiple layers of high-quality polyurethane foam line the inside of the cabinet, trapping heat from the pumps and heaters to naturally warm both the cabinet and the water. This advanced insulation means you can enjoy longer, more comfortable sessions without constant water refills — all while lowering operating costs.

Thermal Covers

Our thermal covers are crafted in-house to guarantee consistent quality and maximum insulation performance, helping you minimize energy costs. Each cover is designed with premium features, including a full-length hinge buffer seal, an internal vapor barrier, and a marine-grade, UV-resistant outer layer for long-lasting durability.

The top surface is angled like a roof, allowing rainwater to run off easily, and every cover is available in a sleek grey finish to complement any spa design.

Reinforced Molded ABS Floor Pan

The one-piece insulated floor pan provides a solid, reinforced foundation for every spa. Designed with extended sidewalls, it creates a moisture- and insect-proof barrier that protects the spa’s structure from the damaging effects of damp ground.

To maximize efficiency, our reflective insulation system is built into the floor pan, preventing valuable heat from escaping through the base and counteracting the “cold sink effect” caused by wet or cold surfaces. The result is a durable, energy-saving base that ensures long-term protection and performance.

Shipping Costs – U.S. (47 States)

• Orders $100–$1,999.99: Standard shipping included
• Orders $2,000 or more: Flat rate $300
• Orders under $100: Flat rate $24.95
• White Glove Delivery: Available in some areas, call for a quote
• Alaska & Hawaii: Not available at this time
• Canada: We cannot ship directly, but we can deliver to U.S. addresses near the Canadian border

We only ship within the continental U.S. (no offshore territories or international orders).

Order Processing Times

• Supplies & Stocked Items: Ship within 5 business days (orders placed by 9 PM ET / 6 PM PT)
• BuenoSpa Hot Tubs: Made to order based on production schedules. Please allow 12–24 business days for production, plus 5–10 business days for shipping

Spa Delivery

• The freight company will call ahead with an estimated delivery window
• Someone must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery
• Please check for visible damage before signing; if you allow delivery without inspection, you assume liability
• Large items and accessories may ship separately, sometimes by different carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, or freight)

Risk of Loss/Damage

• For parcel shipments (FedEx/UPS), responsibility transfers once the order is handed to the carrier
• For freight shipments (e.g., hot tubs), responsibility transfers once the freight leaves our possession

Taxes

• Sales tax is collected in states where required, based on delivery address
• Shipping & handling charges may also be taxable depending on state law

100-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 100-day return or exchange policy, with the following conditions:

Cancellations

• Within 2 Business Days: Cancel your order for free by emailing customerservice@buenospa.com.
• After 2 Business Days: A 10% fee of the purchase price will apply.
• After Shipment (within 100 days): Returns or exchanges require a $1,000 return shipping fee plus a 10% restocking fee.

Return Requirements

• All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Returns must be received within 60 calendar days of purchase.
• Items must be in original, salable condition, free of cosmetic or structural damage.
• Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
• Customer is responsible for safe packaging, insurance, and curbside pickup at the scheduled time.
• Returns without an RMA cannot be accepted.

How to Request an RMA

Provide the following details:

• Your name & contact information
• Order number & purchase date
• Product plate information (model name, serial number, configuration ID)
• Photos or media files if damage is the reason for return
