Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
- If you cancel after 7 days, a 3.5% cancellation fee will apply.
Bundle Orders:
If you purchase a bundle discount and later cancel or return one item, the bundle discount will no longer apply. Your refund will be adjusted to reflect the regular (non-bundled) price of the items you keep.

Delivery Method (Curbside Delivery)
Most products ship via freight delivery and arrive as curbside delivery.
Curbside delivery means:
- Your order will be delivered to the curb or end of your driveway.
- The freight driver is not responsible for moving the item into your home, backyard, or garage.
If the carrier determines your location cannot accommodate a standard freight truck, alternative delivery options may be required, such as:
- Delivery using a smaller truck
- Delivery to the nearest freight terminal for customer pickup
If alternative delivery is required, any additional fees (including storage or re-delivery charges) will be the customer’s responsibility.
Customer Responsibilities at Delivery
When your order arrives, you must inspect it immediately before signing for delivery.
If items are missing:
- Mark the missing items on the delivery paperwork (bill of lading).
- Contact the freight company right away to locate the missing items.
- If the carrier cannot locate the items, contact customer support.
If the product is damaged:
- Note all damage clearly on the delivery paperwork before signing.
- Email the company within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
- In some cases, replacement parts may be provided depending on the situation.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, depending on the situation.
- Products must be returned in the original wooden crate.
- Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
- All returns must be approved in writing before shipping the product back.
Refunds (if approved) may be issued as full or partial refunds and may exclude:
- shipping charges
- handling fees
- return freight costs

Anyone present at the delivery address is considered authorized to accept delivery.
Tracking Your Order
- Freight shipments can be tracked through the carrier once you receive your tracking details.
- Smaller items typically ship via FedEx Ground and will include a FedEx tracking number in your confirmation email.
Curbside Delivery
Most large items ship via curbside freight delivery.
Curbside delivery means your order will be delivered to the curb or end of your driveway. For liability reasons, freight carriers cannot enter your backyard or assist with unpacking, placement, or installation.
Returns & Refunds
If your product is defective or unsatisfactory (but not damaged during shipping), you may request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing customer support.
Return requests must be approved in writing before sending any items back.
All returned products must be:
- disassembled (if applicable)
- securely packaged
- placed on a pallet for return shipping
We may request photos or require the product to be returned before issuing a credit or refund.
If your return is approved, we may issue a full or partial refund, minus shipping, handling, and any applicable return fees.
Returns that do not meet return requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Warranty Information
Our products include limited warranty coverage:
- Wooden saunas: 1-year limited warranty
- Harvia sauna heaters:
- 1-year warranty on heating elements
- 5-year limited warranty on other components (residential use)
- Homecraft sauna heaters: 2-year limited warranty (residential use)
Wooden Sauna Warranty Summary
Wooden saunas include a 1-Year Limited Warranty for the original purchaser, beginning on the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that existed at the time the product left the warehouse under normal residential use.
If a covered defect is reported during the warranty period, Redwood Outdoors may, at its discretion, provide replacement parts, replace the sauna if it is deemed unrepairable, or issue a partial or full refund depending on the situation.
This warranty does not cover labor costs, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repairs, modifications, normal wear and tear, shipping damage, or lack of required maintenance. Because wood is a natural material, natural aging, weathering, and wood changes over time are not covered.
Harvia Electric Heater Warranty Summary
Harvia electric sauna heaters include a 1-Year Limited Warranty for the original purchaser, beginning on the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Redwood Outdoors may, at its discretion, provide replacement parts, replace the heater, or issue a partial or full refund depending on the issue.
This warranty does not cover labor costs, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or damage caused during shipping or handling.
- Redwood Outdoors saunas ship via third-party freight carriers and are typically delivered by curbside delivery, meaning the crate will be dropped off at the end of your driveway or at the curb near your home.
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information, and the freight carrier will usually contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery time frames are estimates and may be delayed due to weather, carrier scheduling, or other factors outside of Redwood Outdoors’ control.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to be available (or have someone available) to accept delivery, as missed deliveries may result in re-delivery or storage fees.
- At the time of delivery, you must inspect the crate for damage or missing items and note any issues on the delivery paperwork, then report any damage to Redwood Outdoors within 7 days of receipt.
