The Branford Fire Table is handcrafted from glass-fiber reinforced concrete — a lightweight yet high-strength composite that offers superior crack resistance, enhanced durability, and significantly less weight than traditional concrete.

This fire table is equipped with an easy push-button spark ignition system and produces up to 50,000 BTUs, providing approximately 8.6 hours of continuous burn time on a standard 20-lb propane tank (not included).

Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, in brand-new, re-sellable condition, and in original packaging
• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) required before shipping back
• RMA number must be clearly written on the box near the shipping label
• RMA is valid for 15 days

Refunds

• Refund issued within 15 days after items are received and inspected
• 15% restocking fee will apply
• Cost of any missing parts will be deducted from refund
• Used items or items without complete packaging will not be accepted unless:
• Factory defective, or
• Damaged during shipping

Damages, Defects & Shipping Loss

• Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days of delivery
• Report to both:
• Elementi, and
• The shipping carrier
• Provide claim number if one has been issued
• Keep all original packaging — carrier may require inspection before pickup
